These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of OFIBO, including its music sharing, artist profile, social, marketplace, playlist, commenting, and related services. By creating an account or using OFIBO, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and all activity performed through your account.

You may not impersonate another person or organization, create accounts for abusive purposes, or use OFIBO in a way that violates applicable law.

2. Music, Beats, and Other User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the rights you grant to OFIBO so we can host, process, display, stream, promote, and otherwise operate the service.

You may upload only content that you own or are authorized to use. This includes music, beats, vocals, samples, artwork, images, video, metadata, descriptions, and any other material you publish through OFIBO.

You are solely responsible for obtaining any licenses, releases, permissions, and clearances required for your content.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Do not upload or sell material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.

We may remove or restrict content in response to valid complaints or when we reasonably believe content violates these Terms. Repeat infringement may result in account restrictions or termination.

4. Artist Profiles, Following, Reports, and Blocking

OFIBO may provide public artist and user profiles, following, comments, reporting, and blocking tools. You must use these features responsibly and may not use them for harassment, manipulation, spam, fraud, or coordinated abuse.

Reports should be submitted in good faith. Blocking may hide profiles or content from the blocking user and may automatically end an existing follow relationship.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use OFIBO to:

• upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or malicious content;
• distribute malware, phishing material, scams, or unauthorized advertising;
• artificially manipulate plays, likes, follows, comments, rankings, or other platform metrics;
• scrape, probe, interfere with, overload, or bypass security or access controls;
• attempt to access another user's account or private information without authorization;
• use automated systems in a manner that harms the platform or other users.

6. Marketplace, Purchases, and Licenses

Some creators may offer beats, music, or other digital products for sale. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing the rights they offer and for having authority to grant those rights.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing the applicable license and product details before purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, digital purchases may be non-refundable once delivered or made available for download.

OFIBO may use third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to payment processing.

7. Platform Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or introduce features at any time. We do not guarantee that OFIBO will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We may investigate reported activity, remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, our policies, or applicable law have been violated.

We are not obligated to monitor every upload or interaction before publication.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

OFIBO may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, or practices.

10. Disclaimers

OFIBO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the legality, originality, quality, commercial value, popularity, or licensing status of user-generated content.

Nothing on OFIBO constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OFIBO and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or disputes arising between users.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your content, your misuse of OFIBO, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using OFIBO at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the integrity of the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when published unless otherwise stated. Continued use of OFIBO after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
